• Booking details: address of service, preferred date and time, service selections, stylist preferences and any notes.
• Payment details: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Membership details: subscription tier, status and billing history for Royal Members Club.
• Communications: messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, phone or the website.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited, in order to secure and improve the service.

• To confirm, prepare for and deliver your appointment at your residence.
• To process payments, refunds and manage membership subscriptions.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and service-related updates via email, SMS and WhatsApp.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To protect against fraud, abuse and to comply with legal obligations in the UAE.
• With your consent, to send marketing about new services or member offers. You can opt out at any time.

We share personal information only with parties who help us run the service, including:

• Our stylists and concierge team — only the details needed to deliver your appointment.
• Stripe — for secure payment processing and subscription billing.
• Infrastructure providers — for hosting, database, email and messaging delivery.
• Authorities — where required by applicable UAE law or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. No online service is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Request deletion of your account and personal information.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Manage or cancel your membership through the Stripe billing portal.

Our service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Treatments for minors are booked and consented to by a parent or guardian.

Some of our service providers (such as Stripe) may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's contractual and technical safeguards to protect your information.
